We are confident that you will love your purchase from head-2-toe 925. Our aim is to keep our customers happy, supplying them with high-quality sterling silver
jewellery from our manufacturers in Taxco, Mexico.

Our Returns Policy is as follows:
We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind
The product must either not fit for its intended purpose or not match item description

We will offer a replacement, credit or refund if the item is:
in new/unused condition
in its original packaging if applicable
packaged safely to avoid damage
Contact must be made within seven days of receipt of item
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase WILL be required.

Privacy Policy

Your trust is important to us and we respect your right to privacy. Your personal contact details will be kept on our mailing list but can be removed at your request after purchase is made.

At head-2-toe 925 we make every effort to ensure that all details on our site are secure. Under no circumstances will we offer, sell or provide your information to a third party.

Postage

Orders will be posted within 1-3 days of receipt of payment.
Anticipated delivery is within 5-10 days if using regular postage and 1-2 days if using registered postage.
At head-2-toe-925 we use Australia Post satchels for goods up to 500gms.
Price is $7.50 + $2.30 if registered postage is preferred.
Please be advised that we do not accept responsibility for unregistered parcels.
